A single story house, situated in a beautiful waterfront town in Central Coast NSW. Built in early 2000 and enjoyed by retired couple and their 2 dogs. Within the decorate scope, our role was to update the living area and the corner nook next to the kitchen, for lighter brighter feel. We were asked to incorporate additional storage as well as some furniture items which were sentimental to the family.

Due to the costal location and the style brief, we recommended costal design with classic provincial furniture reflected in our sample boards.

We incorporated hues of blue, natural elements to add texture to the space, hardwearing furniture and easy to clean due to pets but also cozy and inviting. This style also meant that we could seamlessly blend in the existing furniture items with the new.

The space next to the kitchen was utilised to add a bar area with seating and extra storage. The 3 areas (kitchen, living and bar) are well connected for the family while entertaining.
